VCT Floor Stripping & Waxing in East Texas

A worn finish can make a well-kept building look tired. We inspect the floor, discuss traffic and access, and price the work after seeing the surface.

What goes into the plan

Make the work specific.

Every building and project has its own limits. These are the details we review before putting a price in writing.

Condition first

Existing finish

We look for buildup, wear patterns, edges, and areas where old finish has failed before proposing a strip.

Work sequence

Strip and prepare

The scope should identify which floor areas need stripping, what must be moved, and when the space can be closed to foot traffic.

Finish

Wax and cure

Coat count, drying time, and reopening are scheduled around the building rather than guessed from square footage alone.

Ongoing care

Maintenance plan

Routine cleaning and periodic attention help protect the finish between full strip-and-wax cycles.

Before the proposal

What to show us on the walk-through

We confirm the material before recommending a stripping method. VCT, linoleum, and ceramic tile do not receive the same treatment.

  1. Floor type and approximate area, including edges, closets, and restrooms.
  2. Photos or notes showing stubborn marks, worn lanes, and previous finish problems.
  3. Hours when the area can be empty, plus any equipment or furniture that must move.
  4. Your preferred appearance and the date the space must reopen.
