How Commercial & Church Cleaning Is Priced

A square-foot number can be useful for orientation, but it cannot price a building by itself. We need to see the rooms, traffic, surfaces, access, and frequency before a written proposal is meaningful.

What goes into the plan

Make the work specific.

Every building and project has its own limits. These are the details we review before putting a price in writing.

Size and layout

The actual rooms

Restrooms, kitchens, nurseries, offices, and worship spaces take different work than an open floor of the same size.

Frequency

Visits and timing

Nightly service, weekly visits, and a one-time deep clean involve different staffing and setup.

Surface care

Floors and glass

Stripping and waxing, specialty floors, and window cleaning should be identified as separate tasks when needed.

Access

Hours and logistics

Keys, alarms, travel, parking, supply storage, and restricted areas can change the plan.

Before the proposal

What to ask for in a written proposal

K's offers a free walk-through and written proposal. This guide deliberately publishes no price ranges because we have no verified rate sheet and building conditions vary.

  1. A room list with the tasks and visit frequency for each area.
  2. A clear separation between recurring work and one-time projects.
  3. Who supplies paper goods, soap, liners, and cleaning materials.
  4. A statement of access, schedule, exclusions, and how changes are approved.
