Post-Construction Cleaning in East Texas

A final clean has to match the handoff schedule. We discuss what the trades have finished, what remains active, and which areas must be ready for an owner or tenant walkthrough.

What goes into the plan

Make the work specific.

Every building and project has its own limits. These are the details we review before putting a price in writing.

During work

Phase cleanup

Trash-out and dust control between phases can help the next trade start in a workable space.

Final clean

Surfaces and fixtures

The proposal identifies accessible surfaces, fixtures, restrooms, and floors rather than using a vague 'whole building' promise.

Detail pass

Punch-list areas

Adhesive residue, labels, edges, and high-touch details need to be identified during the walkthrough.

Handoff

Reclean timing

If trades return after a final clean, agree in advance how a later touch-up will be scheduled and priced.

Before the proposal

Information that prevents a missed handoff

Construction debris handling, hazardous materials, and specialized remediation require separate review; never assume they are included.

  1. Project address, square footage, and whether the site is occupied.
  2. Current construction phase and the dates each area becomes available.
  3. Which debris belongs to the contractor and which cleaning tasks belong in our scope.
  4. Access, power, water, elevator use, and the final inspection date.
Your building, your scope

Start with a walk-through.

Send us the address, the space, and the schedule you have in mind. We will confirm coverage and discuss the next step.
