Yes — most of our commercial recurring work is done after hours or before opening. We'll work to whatever schedule causes the least disruption. For churches, we specifically schedule around your worship calendar.
You'll have a regular team that knows your facility, your priorities, and how you like things done. When someone on that team is out (vacation, sick day, training), we send backup who's been trained for your space. We handle the coverage on our end so you don't have to think about scheduling, sick days, or who's coming in tonight. That's our job.
