In a Tyler church, the room that looks ready at 8 a.m. may need attention again after a full day of services and classes. We begin with the building's schedule, because a useful cleaning plan has to account for when people actually use each space.
What the walk-through should cover
Bring your worship calendar and show us the rooms that change most often. We will note the flooring, the high-use surfaces, supply arrangements, and any access rules. From there, we can write a scope that says what happens on each visit and what requires separate project work.
- Before services. Entrances, restrooms, sanctuary seating, and visible floors should be ready before people arrive.
- After children's programs. Nurseries and classrooms need a plan for toys, tables, changing stations, and other shared surfaces.
- After gatherings. Fellowship halls and kitchens may need a different reset after meals, meetings, or special events.
- Periodically. Carpet care and VCT floor work can be planned separately from the recurring clean.
A crew that knows the building
Your regular K's team learns where supplies belong, which spaces need quiet care, and when staff and volunteers are present. If someone is out, trained backup takes the assignment. K's does not subcontract the work, and we can provide the certificate of insurance before you sign.
We can clean around worship and midweek programs, including before opening or after hours when the scope calls for it. The proposal follows the on-site walk-through and describes the work in writing.
Church cleaning in Tyler
We serve Tyler and nearby East Texas congregations. If you are comparing options, ask each company who will enter the building, how coverage works when a cleaner is absent, and how changes to the schedule are handled. Those answers matter long after the first clean. Read about our church service, or schedule a free walk-through.
