A Longview church needs the building ready for more than Sunday morning. Midweek programs, office hours, weddings, and community meals all use different rooms. We set the cleaning schedule around that calendar, then give the crew a clear scope for each visit.
Build the scope around the week
During a walk-through, we ask which rooms are used most often and when they need to be ready. A sanctuary may need a reset before worship. Nurseries and classrooms may need attention after each program. Fellowship halls and kitchens often change from week to week.
- Sanctuary and entrances. Pews, aisles, floors, glass doors, and the surfaces visitors touch first.
- Nursery and classrooms. Toys, tables, changing areas, and shared surfaces, with product choices discussed before service.
- Restrooms and gathering rooms. Fixtures, supplies, counters, tables, and floors that see heavier use after events.
- Offices. A consistent plan for trash, floors, and shared areas, with personal items left where staff expect them.
What to settle before the first clean
Tell us when the building is occupied, who can provide access, which rooms are off limits, and who should hear about an issue. We will walk the facility with you, write the scope, and agree on the schedule before work begins. If an event changes the week, you have a contact who knows the building.
K's uses W-2 employees and a regular team for each facility. Trained backup covers the schedule when someone is out. We can provide a certificate of insurance before you sign.
