If you hire us, the actual terms of the cleaning work — scope, frequency, price, scheduling, cancellation, liability, insurance — are governed by the written quote and service agreement you and K’s Cleaning sign. If anything in that agreement conflicts with what’s on this site, the signed agreement controls.

Some pages link out to third-party sites (Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, partner businesses). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We provide this site “as is.” We don’t warrant that it’s error-free, always available, free of bugs, or that any specific information is up to date. (This disclaimer applies to the website. Our actual cleaning work, if you hire us, is covered by the workmanship warranties in your signed service agreement.)
To the extent allowed by Texas law, K’s Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of this website. If a court decides we’re liable for something despite this, our total liability for anything related to this website is limited to $100. Again: this applies to the website, not to the actual cleaning services we provide.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site is to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harrison County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
