Who this applies to
This policy covers kscleaningtx.com and any information K’s Commercial & Residential Cleaning, LLC (“we,” “us,” “K’s Cleaning”) collects from visitors to this site or from prospective and current clients who reach out to us about cleaning services.
What we collect
We try to keep this minimal. Specifically:
- What you tell us directly. When you call, email, or text us about a job, we keep the basics — your name, phone, email, address of the property, and the details of what you’re asking for. We use that to reply to you and, if you become a client, to schedule and run the work.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider keeps logs that include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is the same boring traffic data every website’s host keeps. We use it for security and basic site reliability.
- Cookies. This site does not currently set tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address. We don’t run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools.
What we do with it
We use the information you share with us to:
- Reply to your inquiry and schedule a walk-through or quote.
- Run the actual cleaning work if you become a client — including coordinating with your property manager, showing up at the right address, and billing.
- Follow up afterward to make sure the work was right.
- Keep records we’re required to keep for tax, employment, and insurance purposes.
Who we share it with
The short answer is: almost nobody.
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
- We do not share it with marketers, list brokers, or data resellers.
- We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the business — for example, our accountant for billing, our payroll/HR provider, and our insurance carrier when a claim or policy update requires it.
- We will share information when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you’re an active client and for a reasonable period afterward — typically several years — to handle warranty claims, tax recordkeeping, and insurance documentation. If you reached out but never became a client, we’ll generally keep your inquiry on file for about a year in case you come back.
Your rights as a Texas resident
Texas’s Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives Texas residents some rights over personal information that businesses hold about them. You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we’re processing your information, and get a copy.
- Correct information that’s wrong.
- Delete information we’re holding about you (with some exceptions — we may need to keep records the law requires).
- Opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. We don’t do either of these, but you can confirm it in writing if you want.

Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Updates to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, post a notice on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
